Having a drug-free workplace sounds like a no-brainer . . . but people, both hourly employees, management, and upper management sometimes bring their problems to work. In many instances, those problems involve drugs. In creating a drug-free workplace, we first must be able to recognize the signs of drug and alcohol abuse. Awareness and intervention go hand in hand.
