Whichever way you prefer to order, we want you to know that we appreciate your business. Because of the extrememly large number of products we offer, and the wide variety of producers we work with, occasionally the latest prices may not be posted. Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. We attempt to keep our website up to date and accurate. If you place an order and a price has changed from what is presented on the website, we will contact you regarding this pricing change prior to processing your order.
Almost all training DVDs now provide online previews. When products offer "free previews", there is no return allowed on sale copies (purchases). Sale of these products are final (no returns). If you receive a defective product, we are typically able to replace these products (at no additional charge) for the first 90 days after purchase. Please contact us for questions and details regarding damaged product replacement. We will not be responsible for last minute orders and claims of defective products once past your training date.
If we provide a "free preview" DVD, the customer will be charged shipping and insurance. If the free preview is not returned within a week of arrival, the customer will be invoiced for the full sales price. Preview returns are the responsibility of the customer and they will pay shipping and insurance charges.
If there is no "free preview" available for the product, then there is a two week window in which to view and return the program for a refund of the product, less applicable shipping costs. Customers are responsible for communicating with Ideas and Training regarding a return of the program (when the two week return option is available) so we can track the return of the program and initiate applicable refunds. In all cases the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
There are no previews and returns on games.
